This one depends on the market. It needs a live rail in the country the money is moving in, so having it in one country tells you nothing about another.

Tanzania. A payout rail is a separate integration from a collection rail, so the 14 markets we collect in are not the markets we pay into. Settling your own balance to your own bank account is different again and works from anywhere in the world.
