Which countries can we pay into?+
Mobile money payouts are live in Tanzania today and open market by market as each payout rail is verified. Anywhere else, a balance settles to a bank account by wire, in any country.
How do we stop the wrong person running payroll?+
Roles decide who may pay out at all, a PIN confirms the person in the dashboard, and a payout made over the API must carry a signature naming who authorized it.
What happens when one payment in the batch fails?+
Only that one fails. The money for it, including its fee, returns to your balance, and the batch tells you which person it was rather than failing as a whole.
