Where it works
Everywhere. This is bookkeeping rather than a rail, so it behaves identically whichever market your money is in and there is no coverage map to check. If you can use it at all, you can use it in every country you operate in.
What this does not do
Refunding a split payment reverses the platform fee too. If the money has already been withdrawn the balance can go below zero, and it has to be topped up before any further payout.
