Settling to your bank

3% US, 4% elsewhere

Settlement works to your own bank account, in any country. The extra 1% outside the US is the international transfer.

Mobile money subscribers approve a prompt each interval, because the networks have no stored credential. PayPal plans always cancel immediately.
