Ultraner Network

In development

Connect once. Reach every connected network.

Today a payment between two African networks goes through bilateral deals that rarely exist. The Ultraner Network is a single protocol: a participant connects once, and the directory, routing and settlement do the rest.

In development. The sandbox is open today; no participant is connected in production yet.

What it does

The interoperability layer: operators, banks and fintechs connect once and reach each other.

A protocol participants connect to once to reach every other connected participant, with a directory, quotes, routing, settlement and reconciliation. The sandbox is open today; there are no live participants yet.

Directory

Resolve a payment address to a routable destination, without exposing anything else.

Quote before payment

Destination amount, rate, fee and route fixed before anything is committed.

Routing

A path chosen on availability, liquidity, fees, FX, limits, risk and reliability.

Settlement and reconciliation

Every accepted payment creates an obligation, netted and reconciled per window.

How it works

  1. 01

    Request access

Tell us about your network, bank or fintech.

  2. 02

    Build in the sandbox

    Signed requests against simulated participants.

  3. 03

    Certify

Pass the certification suite before production access.

Questions

Is the Network live?

The sandbox is open. No participant is connected in production yet, and the site says so wherever the Network appears.

Is this the same as the merchant API?

No. It is a separate protocol for institutions, with its own versioning and authentication.

Bring your network.

Request sandbox access, build against simulated participants, and certify before production.
